7th NordicRAS Workshop
The 7th Workshop on Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) was held at Aalborg Congress and Culture Centre (AKKC) in Aalborg, Denmark, October 8-9, 2025 with 240 participants from 25 countries.
The workshop was organized by the Nordic Network on Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (NordicRAS) and the Technical University of Denmark (DTU Aqua). It was held concurrently with the DanAqua & DanFish exhibitions at AKKC, providing a unique opportunity to engage with the newest advancements in RAS and fisheries technology.
In continuation of the workshop, a guided technical tour was organized on October 10, 2025, visiting Skagen Salmon, BioMar, and Maripure as well as DTU Aqua at the North Sea Science Park, Hirtshals.
